For the launch package, 50% of the total fee is due upfront before the project begins. The remaining 50% is due at the end of Month 1 upon completion of the initial branding and website overhaul. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month, and invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after 14 days.
Yes, changes can be made to the scope of work, but they may result in additional fees. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing, and a revised timeline and cost estimate will be provided for approval before proceeding.
Consulting sessions are held regularly, either by phone or video call. These sessions provide strategic guidance on your brand and promotional efforts. If additional consulting beyond the scheduled sessions is needed, it can be arranged at an hourly rate of $150/hour.
You can cancel the campaign with 30 days' written notice. You will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date, and any unused retainer fees will be refunded.
Each deliverable (website, branding assets, social media content, etc.) includes up to two rounds of revisions. If additional revisions are needed beyond the two included rounds, they will be billed at an hourly rate of $150/hour.
